VONEN constantly develops the MH Metal Hydride product range for Hydrogen Purification and Storage. We do this collaborating with prominent technology providers.<\/p>\n

The VONEN Metal Hydride (MH) allows continuous purification, storage<\/strong> and use of hydrogen gas<\/strong><\/em>. The system is based on the use of the VONEN MH Storage system.<\/p>\n

Since only hydrogen is adsorbed and stored in the metal hydride, the H2<\/sub> purity at the MH Storage outlet is above 99.999% (99.99973% in our latest tests).<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n[vc_empty_space height=”20px”]

VONEN MH Purifier guarantees perfect H2 <\/sub> purification even in situations where H2<\/sub> feed is discontinuous, or the content of contaminants varies considerably.<\/p>\n

Since the VONEN H2-MH storage units do not suffer from self-discharge, hydrogen can, if necessary, also be stored in the purification system for years without any loss of energy through self-discharge.<\/p>\n

NOTE:<\/em><\/strong> For H2<\/sub>, though, an additional desiccant is needed, which is why we recommend the VONEN<\/span> PSA System<\/em> <\/strong><\/a>for the purification of hydrogen produced by electrolysis or hydrolysis. The VONEN PSA System<\/em> <\/strong><\/a><\/span>is also recommended if purifier inlet gas feed contains carbon monoxide CO, since CO occasionally requires regeneration of the metal hydride through heating.<\/p>\n
